Delivery Timeline
We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase, with standard delivery typically taking 7–10 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise specified.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. Bright Minds Grow is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will assist in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
